Research methods and equipment: clinical-instrumental, laboratory, immunoenzymatic, morphological, radiological, bacteriological, radiometric, dosimetric, statistical methods, apparatus for photodynamic therapy "Barva-LED / 630", electrodermatometer "Skin observed system", SUNRISE TECAN microplate photometer, ultrasound - apparatus "Toshiba", enzyme immunoassay analyzer Immunochem-2100, dosimeter-radiometer MKS-05 "Tera", immunoanalyzer-photometer spectrochemiluminescent "COBAS e411"; "COBAS 311", analyzer-photometer immunofluorescence "AIA-2000"; immunoenzyme microplate analyzer "SUNRISE TECAN". Results and their novelty - the effectiveness of complex treatment using metformin in patients with papillary thyroid cancer with insulin resistance was evaluated (specificity - 75%, sensitivity - 80%). A program of individual complex treatment of patients with papillary thyroid cancer with insulin resistance using metformin has been developed. The effectiveness and safety of photomagnetic therapy in experimental conditions has been proven. The method of photomagnetic therapy for the prevention and treatment of radiation skin lesions was developed and its effectiveness was evaluated in patients with breast cancer (effectiveness – in 99% of observations).
