The object of research is the information interaction of ANS operators in FE, the subject of research is the methods and models of CDM by ANS operators in the process of their information interaction in FE. The purpose of the research is to develop an intelligent system for supporting CDM by ANS operators in FE to increase the efficiency of their interaction by synchronizing the operators' operational actions, optimizing the flight completion time, and minimizing the potential risk/loss in conditions of incomplete and uncertain information. Deterministic, stochastic, non-stochastic, and game-theoretic models will make it possible to create a database of scenarios for the development of flight situations in intelligent system for supporting CDM by ANS operators in FE and can be used in the process of joint training and in real flight operation conditions to find "weaknesses" in the operators' technologies to increase consistency and avoid competition or mutual blocking of their actions, prevention of untimely interference of ANS operators in each other's work in emergencies under conditions of acute time pressure. Designing and calculating scenarios for the development of flight situations, taking into account the forecasting of common actions of ANS operators in an emergency, will allow timely prevention of the development of the situation towards deterioration.
