The purpose of the work is to carry out regular observations and determine the equatorial coordinates of the SO, as well as maintain a catalog of orbital elements in TLE and CPF formats on the website of the Ukrainian Network of Optical Stations (UMOS) for research and control of near-Earth space. The goal of the work was achieved through optical positional observations of artificial space objects moving in low and geostationary Earth orbits. In 2022-2023, 319 KOs (97 nights, 1440 transmissions) were observed in LEO orbits, and more than 80 KOs (282 nights, 4131 transmissions) in GEO orbits. The results of observations for the UMOS stations that participated in the observations are available on the FTP server of the network, and the calculated elements of the orbits are available on the UMOS website. Modernized telescopes for colorimetric observations of SO on all types of orbits are carried out in the volume: for TVT – purchase and technical start-up of a color TV camera, for MEZON – the purchase of a filter wheel with 1.2-inch RGB filters and the manufacture of a hub for connecting the wheel to the Apogee full-frame camera. A new power supply and control unit for the stepper motors of TVT and MEZON telescopes was developed, manufactured, and tested. A satellite camera for colorimetric observations of low-orbiting COs was developed and manufactured. A database of colorimetric characteristics of low-orbit COs has been created.
