Registration Date 06-02-2024 Organization Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University popup.description2 The project is dedicated to the development of elements of hybrid sensor microsystems for biomedical drugs, in particular, non-invasive monitoring of human health, which involves the development, research and modeling of sensors and a scheme of primary signal processing based on applied integrated BiKMON, KMON and KNI (silicon-on-insulator) structure, as well as on discrete elements that are components of a hybrid sensor microsystem. Such a hybrid sensor microsystem also contains separate sensor-analytic type microsystems-on-a-crystal. A prototype architecture of a hybrid sensor microsystem consisting of integrated elements, discrete elements, emitters of various wavelengths and caseless integrated circuits (ICs) with signal filtering and digitization capabilities, wired and wireless interface to medical equipment and mobile devices has been developed. The dependence of the physical parameters available for measurement (absorption spectrum of infrared radiation, electromagnetic radiation, and complex tissue impedance) on the studied 6 parameters of the biological object (the level of oxygen and sugar in the blood, cardiogram of the heart, the degree of deformation resistance of erythrocytes of human blood, etc.) . In order to optimize the signal processing schemes, comprehensive studies of reviews of the hybrid sensor system on the parameters of the emitters of different wavelengths, depending on the diagnostics of the object, were carried out. Instrumentation-technological, electrophysical, logic-circuit- engineering and circuit-topological modeling of integral and discrete elements of the sensor microsystem was carried out. A hybrid sensor system with integrated and discrete sensor circuits, signal processing and interface circuits is designed, including the topology of integrated elements and the topology of a micro-board for a micro- system suitable for the manufacture of experimental samples.
