Research methods: Experimental studies of the dynamics of volume activity, dispersion and radionuclide composition of radioactive aerosol in the NSC-SO complex, dynamics of the flow density of "unorganized" emission, density of radionuclide precipitation, dynamics of the behavior of clusters of radioactive waste and their volume activity, composition of radionuclides in RZV, laboratory tests of samples, processing, interpretation and presentation of the received information. The most significant results and conclusions: The results of studies of changes in the state of radioactive aerosol in the air of rooms in which there are accumulations of paw-shaped fuel-containing materials (LFCM) (012/7, 012/15, 210/7, 304/3) indicate the destruction of LFCM with subsequent spontaneous transition of destruction products to the aerosol component in indoor air. The installation of the NSC arch in the design position completely excluded the possibility of atmospheric precipitation entering the under-roof space of the SO, therefore the unorganized accumulations of radioactively contaminated water located in most of the sub-reactor premises completely dried up. As of the end of 2023, the total volume of radioactively contaminated water at the bottom of the sub-reactor premises of the SO is approximately 243 m3. The formation of condensation moisture in the summer period does not significantly affect the volumes of radioactively contaminated water accumulations. Radioactive fallout in the period 2018 - 2023 in the under-roof space of the SO decreased on average, namely: in the area of the “Mammoth” beam support by 8 times; in the space between the buttresses by 4.6 times.
