It is necessary for increasing the efficiency of processing Earth remote sensing data and making decisions on environmental objects in conditions of incomplete certainty and a dynamic environment. The object of study in the work is monitoring processes of large environmental objects under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors. The subject of study in the work are methods of processing and evaluating Earth remote sensing data using geoinformation technologies to solve the tasks of monitoring environmental objects under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors. The following results were obtained. The initial data necessary for the implementation of scientific-methodological basis within the framework of the methodology for creating distributed environmental monitoring systems are summarized. Solutions for the problems of monitoring the state of forests in Ukraine according to remote sensing data, assessing soil pollution due to military operations were algorithmized and implemented programmatically; cartographic modeling of hazardous meteorological phenomena was carried out when assessing the state of environmental objects. As a practical result of the implementation of the developed scientific results, a program has been proposed for working with images when solving geoinformation issues that arise during monitoring.
