The key to obtaining high-quality purified grain material is the use of means of separation of grain mixtures, including difficult-to-separate ones. Of great importance in the production of flour and groats is the use of the latest technologies, advanced equipment in grinding grain and the production of groats. The purpose of the scientific work is to substantiate the processes of separation, transportation and grinding of grain mass with the production of new types of cereals and flour. The object of research is technological processes of cleaning, transportation, separation, grinding of grain and production of high-quality cereals. The subject of the research is the substantiation of technological process parameters, the development and experimental research of impact separators, a disk crusher for splitting and grinding grain. Physical models of scooping processes at different operating modes of the noria have been compiled. Analytical dependences were obtained for determining the components of scooping resistance and scooping coefficients depending on the specific physical and mechanical properties of bulk materials and the speed of movement of the buckets. The energy-saving equipment for seed separation was analyzed according to the elastic properties of the mixture components. A well-founded design scheme of a multi-level gravity separator. Experimental studies were conducted to determine the dependence of the mass distribution of different types of grain on the trays of the separator during separation. The optimal values of the grain separation parameters on the gravity multi-level impact separator were determined. An experimental setup for researching the grain grinding process has been developed.
