The goal of the project is to create an applied toolkit for the development of academic entrepreneurship and business acceleration using digital technologies in the COVID-dependent socio-economic space in Ukraine. Tasks of scientific research: the essential characteristics of academic entrepreneurship and business acceleration are considered; the challenges and opportunities of academic entrepreneurship are defined; an assessment of the commercial potential of research and innovation was carried out; the current state of academic entrepreneurship in Ukraine was investigated; the role of government initiatives in supporting academic entrepreneurship is substantiated; prospects for the development of academic entrepreneurship in Ukraine have been formed; predicted directions of development in the future have been implemented. The field of application is education and science, namely through the development of academic startups in the field of online education and distance learning, as well as the use of academic resources for rapid adaptation to new conditions and the development of effective online tools; innovative technologies, through the development of new technologies and programs to support business.
