The basis of the project is the expansion of analytical tools for assessing the level of damage to territories, determining the index of destruction, forming a system of indicators for the recovery and development of urban areas using appropriate assessment models and their distribution by security corridor zones. The expediency of the implementation of the tasks provided by the project is caused by the need to develop a mechanism for the restoration of urban areas, which will be aimed at the reconstruction and modernization of the country, the construction of a new model of the economy, which will allow Ukraine to become an investment-attractive, highly developed European state. The result of the project is the determination of the level of damage received and the formation on the basis of this of adaptive programs for the restoration of cities and regions, the establishment of correlational relationships between urbanization trends and the further socio-economic development of certain urbanized territories of Ukraine, as well as the determination of sources of formation and attraction of funds to eliminate the consequences war The value of the obtained results involves the formation of a modern effective method of assessing the damage caused by the war and fixing the state of the damage received. The expected results of the project will be of fundamental importance, which consists in overcoming the consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war and forming key directions for the recovery of the affected urban areas of Ukraine.
