Developed: scientific and methodological approaches and organizational tools for innovative provision of niche cultures, in terms of: transfer of bioinnovations demanded by the market, in particular in the format of fastplant technologies; simulation of transfer in batch and project formats using the example of seed planting material and packaged seeds. The testing of methods and means of fastplant technologies was carried out in 2021-2023 on the example of the development, reproduction and dissemination of scientific bioinnovations in the cultivation and transfer of buckwheat, barley, chickpea, lentil, lavender, belladonna, planting material of potatoes, borscht vegetables, fruit seedlings and berry cultures. Based on the results of the tests, technological profiles and startups were developed for the rapid development, production and sale of niche crops on the cluster basis of public-private partnership of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences (Institute of Horticulture, Institute of Potatoes, Institute of Bioenergy Crops and Sugar Beet, Institute of Fodder and Agriculture of Podillia, other institutions ). Developments are recommended for use in projects of high-tech development of agro-industrial complex on the cluster basis of bio-economic cooperation of science and business.
