Methodological and organizational substantiation of the transfer of the technology of growing energy crops on marginal lands for the production of biofuel on the business basis of innovative provision, which includes: - substantiation of the methodological foundations of the study of the innovative potential of the technology of growing energy crops on marginal lands for use in innovative bioeconomy projects; – development of regulatory and methodological tools for the creation of technology for growing energy crops on marginal lands and preparing them for commercial use; - development of a regulatory and methodological toolkit for the transfer of technology for growing energy crops on marginal lands and development of recommendations for its implementation in the production of biofuel on the business basis of innovative providing. Developed: scientific-methodical approaches and organizational tools for innovative provision of technology for growing energy crops, in particular development and promotion of bioenergy technologies on the market, selection of bioenergy technologies; application of technologies for growing energy crops on marginal lands; assessment of demand and effectiveness of bioenergy technologies. Testing of the economic characteristics of the bioenergy project of growing energy crops on marginal lands for the production of biofuel was carried out in the investment competition projects of the State Innovative Financial Institution (SIFCU), as well as on the "Sikorsky Challenge" platform. The projects were recognized as winners of competitions and recommended for implementation in the agro-industrial complex and regional programs for the development of territorial rural communities.
