The purpose of the research: scientific, methodological and organizational support for the implementation of the cluster model of high-tech agricultural production based on the fastplant complex of the innovative bioeconomy. Developed: Scientific-methodical and organizational support for the implementation of the cluster model of bioeconomy on the example of potato growing: modeling of a cluster of high-tech agricultural production, functioning and development of cluster relations of agricultural production of seed and food potatoes on the basis of public-private partnership. The implementation of the cluster of high-tech potato production was carried out through the experimental cultivation and sale of potatoes on the basis of the Podilska DSS of the Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Sciences on an area of 10 hectares. Testing: based on cluster models of public-private partnership for the production of innovative niche products, a project complex was created for ordering, mastering technologies, growing and distributing seed material in the agro-industrial production of the regions. On the basis of Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions, for three years (2021-2023), innovative projects on the creation and development of clusters for the production of niche plant products were carried out. The main training ground for innovative practices was the development of the startup of the National Project "Ukrainian Potato". Despite the obstacles caused by the war, the start-up was successfully implemented on the basis of the Institute of Potato Growing, the Institute of Horticulture, the Institute of Fodder and Agriculture of Podillia, the Institute of Bioenergy Crops and Sugar Beet, agricultural enterprises, trade networks of the Dnipro and Podilsky regions of Ukraine.
