The purpose of the study: Development of scientific, methodological and organizational support for the creation of an industrial-production cluster for the cultivation and processing of essential oil and other crops on the basis of virus-free complexes of innovative bioeconomy. Developed: Scientific, methodical and organizational support for the creation of a cluster for the cultivation and processing of essential oil, medicinal, flavored and other rare crops in the south and north of Ukraine. In connection with the problems caused by the war, changes were made to the experimental part of the trials and implementation of the results in the Kherson region, the main emphasis was shifted to the implementation of the cluster system for the distribution of seeds of essential oil and medicinal crops together with the Institutes of Horticulture, Agroecology and Nature Management, and other institutions of the National Academy of Sciences. The test was conducted: according to the results of the conducted research, it was proved that Ukraine has great natural, scientific, production prerequisites for the production of high-quality essential oil and medicinal raw materials for its own industry and for export. Favorable territorial conditions in the South, in the Central, Northern and Western regions are the basis for building production clusters on the basis of a partnership between science and business. The Institute of Innovative Bioeconomy conducted a series of start-ups for the cultivation of lavender, stevia, belladonna, mint and other crops in various regions.
