The regions of Ukraine with the greatest rehabilitation potential have been determined. The effectiveness of the use of known indicators/criteria for assessing the dynamics of the patient's functional state during rehabilitation has been confirmed, and the possibility of their use for assessing rehabilitation care in a hospital has been shown. The proven qualitative method of assessing the quality of rehabilitation in sanatorium-resort conditions made it possible to conduct a comprehensive assessment of rehabilitation institutions at the levels of management, provision and provision of rehabilitation assistance. Systematized in the form of a project of clinical guidelines, the review of diagnostic, therapeutic interventions and means of rehabilitation made it possible to unify approaches to improve the provision of rehabilitation services in the conditions of sanatoriums and rehabilitation institutions of Ukraine in the post-acute and long-term periods of rehabilitation.
