Research methods are systematic analysis of factors; modeling of technological processes; expert assessment; multi-criteria optimization; factor modeling; mathematical modeling. The most important results are: A method of comparative analysis of scenarios of step-by-step extraction of FCM is proposed. According to its results, it was established that with proper financing of the phased removal of FCM, the priority is the scenario that provides for the removal of most accumulations of FCM during the life cycle of the NSC (except for FCM localized in man-made soil under the NSC facilities and in the space behind pioneer wall). When implementing such a scenario, the infrastructure of the NSC is maximally used, the costs of creating protective barriers for the containment and isolation of FCM, as well as the costs of creating additional infrastructure for the extraction and further handling of FCM and other radioactive waste are reduced. Fundamental technological solutions for the removal of existing FCM accumulations and associated radioactive waste are proposed. For individual FCM accumulations, technological solutions have been developed both taking into account the presence of the NSC and its systems, and in the case when it will be decommissioned. An improved system of accounting and control of nuclear materials, taking into account their modern physical state, is proposed. Product Description popup.authors Paskevych Serhii A.
