The study subject is an algorithm for the design of lightweight dual-use respirators that correspond to the anthropometric dimensions of the users’ faces, their ergonomic, operational and protective characteristics; physico-chemical properties, dynamic absorption capacity and colorimetric characteristics of FNSM-NH3-I, manufacturing process parameters. Research work purpose: creation, design and development of pilot production of a range of lightweight dual-use respirators - anti-aerosol respirators with increased dust capacity with filters of class FM P2 and gas masks for protection against main gases (including ammonia) with filters of class FM K1, equipped with FNSM-NH3-I, ergonomic and operational properties meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of Personal Protective Equipment, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 21, 2019 No. 771.
