If the company invests in social programs, thereby providing social guarantees to its employees and guaranteeing the quality and safety of the products and services sold, then in the future the company expects a favorable social environment, and as a result, a stable financial and economic situation. The object of the study is information and analytical support for the formation of the strategic potential of the development of enterprises on the basis of social responsibility. The purpose of the research work is to provide theoretical and methodological support and provide practical recommendations for the formation of the strategic potential of the development of enterprises in the construction industry on the basis of social responsibility. Research methods are statistical research methods, analysis, comparison of indicators and their structure, meaning and dynamics of changes in the activity of trading companies. The following are defined as the main tasks of research work: to analyze the current state of development of enterprises in the construction industry in Ukraine; to develop a methodology for evaluating and analyzing the strategic development potential of Novatorbud LLC; conduct an assessment of the effectiveness of the import activity of "Novatorbud" LLC on the basis of social responsibility; formation of social responsibility of construction industry enterprises; to develop directions for the development of "Novatorbud" LLC on the basis of social responsibility. The main result of the conducted research is the development of methodological foundations and the provision of practical recommendations for the formation of the strategic potential of the development of enterprises in the construction industry on the basis of social responsibility.
