The object of the work is non-linear mechanical processes and regularities that are formed in materials and structures of highly loaded responsible elements of machine-building structures and determine their reliability and ability to effectively fulfill their functional purpose in conditions of internal and external stochastic uncertainty. The subject of the work is the parameters of calculation methods and the architecture of algorithms of soft calculations, which are used to solve the problems of synthesis of the internal structure of heterogeneous materials and composite elements of responsible machine-building structures and to predict the reliability and efficiency of their work, as well as the regularity of the formation of significant properties of these systems and predicted values their reliability depending on the parameters of the internal structure and probabilistic characteristics in conditions of external uncertainty.
