The subject of research work: current transformations of international business and international finance. The purpose of the research work is to study the current transformations in international business and international finance, to formulate on this basis theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations regarding the mechanisms of transformation of institutional aspects of the economy of Ukraine in response to these transformations in order to increase international competitiveness. The paper examines the current stage of development of international economic relations and the role of international economic integration; developed a holistic concept of raising the standard of living of the population under the influence of international business; the place of e-commerce and IT in international business systems is analyzed; transformations of the world financial system were investigated; the problems of taxation of international business were revealed and ways of solving them were developed; the place of electronic commerce and IT in international financial systems is analyzed; institutional aspects of national economies (including the economy of Ukraine) that require changes in view of modern world trends are revealed; recommendations were developed regarding the mechanisms of transformation of institutional aspects of the Ukraine economy.
