Diagrams have been built that allow predicting the thermodynamic stability of solid solutions. The results of the work can be useful when choosing the ratio of components in mixed matrices and the amount of activator in fluorescent, laser, and other practically important materials, as well as in matrices for immobilization of toxic and radioactive waste, for the creation of new high-temperature superconductors. The scientific problem was solved, which consists in obtaining new thermodynamic characteristics of polycondensation processes in aqueous solutions of W(VI) with low acidity with the formation of ionic associates between paratungstate B anions and cations of d-metals, which made it possible to create procedures for the targeted synthesis of new salts of polyoxometalates and obtain single-crystal samples of double sodium salts and d-metals with paratungstate B anion. It was established that copper(II) salts with paratungstate B anion exhibit high antibacterial activity against E. coli ATCC 25922, new procedures for manufacturing of polyoxometalate-containing antimicrobial coatings based on biodegradable polymer of polylactide acid, which correspond to the principles of "green" chemistry. Such films can be used as biocidal surfaces in crowded areas (bomb shelters, hospitals, etc.) in order to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses.
