Research Subject: Neuro-physiological markers determining the maximum efficiency of specific professional activities in humans. Objective of the Study: To identify a complex of neuro-physiological markers of individual neuro-physiological status in humans. Research Methods: Electroencephalographic study using coherent analysis and LORETA. As a result of the study, the following was achieved:developed a computer system for determining unified psycho-physiological profiles of preschool and school-age children based on testing innate features of the nervous system and cognitive functions; developed a computer system for determining unified psychophysiological profiles of military specialties based on testing innate features of the nervous system and cognitive functions of military personnel; developed methodology and algorithms for comprehensive analysis of the results of efficiency testing, three-dimensional localization of brain activity centers, their interrelationships, and the degree of tension of regulatory mechanisms of the central nervous system during the performance of these test tasks. Obtained markers of the individual neuro-physiological status of preschool and school-age children and unified neuro-physiological profiles for professional spheres of military specialties. Built psychological profiles of certain positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Conducted an analysis of factors affecting negative professional selection. Demonstrated that the effectiveness of performing simple motor tasks does not change with age, but the maintenance of their quality is ensured by an increase in the tension index of regulatory systems. Identified that with age, the role of the left secondary visual cortex increases in the performance of simple sensorimotor reactions, and left frontal activation decreases.
