Original algorithm for method optimization was elaborated, which reduces complex problem of speckles minimization to a solution of simple linear systems of diophantine equations. Original mathematical model was developed for passive method of speckle reduction based on multimode optical fiber. Original system of uniform speckle-free illumination having active (2D DOE based on binary pseudorandom sequences) and passive optical element (2D rectangular array of prisms ) has been developed . A homogeneous rectangular light spot with a speckle contrast level less than 2% was obtained. A compact passive system of incoherent focusing based on a 2D array of prisms of different heights has been theoretically developed to focus light into rectangular speckle-free homogeneous rectangular light spot. The well-known coherent matrix method has been improved, which allows calculating the speckle contrast and distribution of the intensity of the speckle field without finding the eigenvalues of the matrix. A simulation of the propagation of femto-impulses of light through the probe of an optical near-field scanning microscope showed a weak distortion of the light impulse and a significant amplification of the field at the top of the nanostrip probe and its perspective in the studied Raman spectrum of nano-objects. The developed mathematical model of the excitation of a butterfly nano-antenna by the fundamental mode of a rectangular dielectric waveguide demonstrated the possibility of applying the methods of integral optics to the manufacture of highly efficient nanoprobes for nano-optics devices. Research results are published in 19 scientific papers (18 - in Scopus database and 8 -Q1 quartile) and 3 Ukraine patent applications have been submitted.
