Research methods – numerical modeling of heat exchange processes and aerodynamics in the room of the building, experimental studies of the thermal regime of a separate room when it is heated by electric heaters, analysis of the obtained results. During the execution of the work, a study of the temperature distributions of the heating device in the real conditions of its operation was carried out by means of a thermal imaging survey, using the example of a panel metal electric wall heater. As a result, thermograms were obtained, which made it possible to conduct a qualitative assessment of the thermal characteristics of the heating device. Experimental measurements of air speed and temperature in the room along the distance from the wall of the building, and values of the heat flow from different surfaces of the heating device were also carried out. On the basis of the obtained results of the conducted thermal imaging survey and experimental studies of the operation of the electric heating device, it was established that with a sufficiently small power, it showed effective work in heating the room of the building. The obtained results are most expedient to apply for the needs of heat supply in the residential and communal and individual household sectors. The use of heating devices of this type will allow to reduce the risks that can negatively affect the heat supply of the population in the conditions of war and post-war conditions, and will further strengthen the energy security of Ukraine.
