In ECE patients performed with the first stage of the disease, the expression profile of miRNA 193b-3p, -185-5p and -424-5p in the tumor tissue of the endometrium and PSB was determined, which correlates with markers expression of K-RAS, ATR and CHK1 and with the indicators progression of ECE as low degree of differentiation, high proliferative activity and presence of relapses. The obtained data testify to the role of the investigated factors in the formation of the degree of malignancy of a tumor process and justify their use as prognostic markers of the aggressiveness of the course of a tumor process.
