These are more than 12 classes of organic chemical substances that are formed as a result of the enzymatic breakdown of amino acids and the remains of digested feed. In addition, the microbial aerosol includes, in particular: fungi of the genus Aspergillus (up to 20%), genus Candida (up to 0.04% of the total number of fungi), salmonella up to 0.1%, Escherichia coli and hemolytic strains up to 0, 02% of the total number of bacteria and dust of animal origin (fur, etc.). At the moment, the specific indicators of animal husbandry are determined by a calculation method based on established indicators for large livestock complexes with 12 thousand or more heads, taking into account feeding norms, ensuring planned productivity, technology, conditions for keeping animals on a typical complex, without taking into account dust and gas cleaning, gravitational settling of aerosols, non-stationarity the processes of formation of organic compounds, sorption and absorption of most volatile compounds (VOCs) by food products and destructive microorganisms, transformation of mercaptans into dimethyl sulfide and other chemical compounds. The specific indicators of the emission of hazardous substances into the atmosphere from animal excrement have a maximum value on the first day of formation and begin to decrease in each subsequent day. Their changes depend on many factors and are determined in each specific case by instrumental methods. Also, in animal husbandry, it is necessary to take into account seasonal changes in the weather and the impact of its factors on the body, the microclimate of the premises and the release into the atmospheric air of specific indicators of РР. It is necessary to take into account the influence of the technology of feeding, maintenance, watering, manure removal and ventilation, which have developed in this or that farm.
