The object of the study is regulatory legal acts regulating the issue of safe development of oil, gas, gas, and gas condensate fields. The purpose of the work is to improve the legal regulation of relations that arise in the process of developing oil, gas, oil, gas, and gas condensate fields and to increase the level of safety during the performance of work by developing draft regulations. The research method is theoretical. To achieve the goal, the current legal acts on labor protection were analyzed: - NPAOP 11.10-1.02-84 Rules for the development of oil and gas-oil fields, approved by the protocol of the Board of the Ministry of Oil Industry of the USSR dated 15.10.1984 No. 44, approved by the resolution of the State Mining and Technology Supervision of the USSR No. 52 dated 18.10.1984; - NAOP 1.1.23-1.13-70 Rules for the development of gas and gas condensate fields, approved by the order of the State Mining and Technology Supervision of the USSR dated April 6, 1970. According to the results of the research, significant gaps and shortcomings were found in the normative legal acts. The formal-logical method was used to analyze the norms set forth in the normative legal acts and develop proposals for their improvement. Through the use of comparative and prognostic methods, foreign experience in the development of oil and gas oil fields and gas and gas condensate fields was studied. The legislation of Ukraine in this area was analyzed and a comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, the European Union and the International Labor Organization regarding labor protection requirements was carried out.
