Theoretical results of the study are the content of the legal dysfunction of the anti-corruption policy of the level of a real threat to the national security of Ukraine; the concept and basic definitions of proper correlation of anti-corruption doctrine, legislation and practices of their implementation at the national level; areas of using digital technologies to ensure the integrity of the course of public-legal relations; theoretical constructs of the international experience of using digital technologies in legal institutions to combat corruption, the degree of their formal and legal reflection in legislation; Practical results of the study are the content of the practices of applying international jurisdictional and other legal aid for verification and ensuring the integrity of public authorities and the trends of their movement, bringing the guilty to responsibility was determined. These results are used to study effective legal institutions of international anti-corruption organizations, in particular with the use of neural networks and other digital tools. The results of the work are important for national security bodies, parliament, judges, public administration, and law enforcement agencies during their professional activities. The novelty of the research is the concept of the system of elimination of corruption threats to the national security of Ukraine by the instruments of international law with the use of digital technologies is proposed. Effectiveness of implementation: the results of scientific work are implemented in the educational and research processes of the Zaporizhzhia National University 12.12.2023.
