The purpose of the research is to establish experimental values of braking parameters of M1 category vehicles with electric and hybrid power plants on dry and wet asphalt concrete road surfaces. Research methods and equipment - visual, metric, experimental, graphoanalytical, instrumental, decelerograph VZM-300. Theoretical and practical results - on the basis of the obtained experimental data regarding the value of constant deceleration and the value of the increase time of deceleration during emergency braking of vehicles of the M1 category with electric and hybrid power plants, on dry and wet road surfaces, the value of the stopping distance, the value of the movement speed at dry and wet pavement with existing braking traces and other tasks necessary in the process of conducting forensic engineering and transport examinations for specific traffic accidents involving vehicles of the M1 category with electric and hybrid power plants will be solved. The novelty of the research - the relevance of the research is due to the need to establish experimental data on braking vehicles of the M1 category with electric and hybrid power plants. Effectiveness of implementation – the obtained results will be used in expert practice when performing engineering and transport examinations in expert institutions of the country.
