The aim of the study. To determine the morphological and functional parameters of platelets in the blood plasma of patients with hemophilia depending on the method of obtaining plasma. Research methods: clinical, biochemical, hematological, mathematical. In the course of research, optimal conditions were developed for obtaining plasma rich in platelets with a high concentration of platelets (the content of platelets in plasma was up to 180% of the content in whole blood): centrifugation time 7 min, acceleration 150 g, temperature - 22°С, anticoagulant - sodium heparin . At the same time, in patients with reduced functional activity of platelets, the concentration capacity of platelets is higher due to a smaller number of platelet aggregates, which precipitate during centrifugation more actively than functionally inactive platelets. When determining the optimal anticoagulant, it was established that the ability of platelets to concentrate when using heparin tubes with a separating gel is higher than when using tubes with sodium citrate when centrifuging at 150g, 10 min, 22°C. For the first time in Ukraine, it was proven that in patients with stage II-III arthropathies who did not use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the concentration capacity of platelets is significantly lower than in patients who were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and in practically healthy individuals. In general, it was established that the study of the functional activity of platelets before prescribing preparations of platelet-rich plasma should be carried out to determine the reparative and anti-inflammatory potential of this plasma. This will make it possible to establish how expedient it is to prescribe treatment with platelet-rich plasma at the moment. Medical and social effect. Medicine.
