 Research objects: hardware and software for terminating voice traffic. Subjects of the study: factual data established during the study, which testify to the fact of acceptance, processing and further routing of voice traffic from the Internet to the network of communication operators and vice versa. The purpose of the work: creation of methodological recommendations for the study of hardware and software tools used for the termination of voice traffic. Research methods and equipment - general scientific, collection, analysis, generalization of expert practice of hardware and software research. Comparative analysis by the direction of expert research. Theoretical and practical results: as a result of the NDR, methodological recommendations will be created for the study of hardware and software tools used for the termination of voice traffic. Novelty: for the first time, methodological recommendations will be created for the study of hardware and software tools used for the termination of voice traffic, the study of violation of the order of traffic routing will contribute to specialists in the study of ways of constructing traffic routing of protected computer systems and networks. Effectiveness of implementation: shortening the terms of conducting examinations and expert studies, improving the conduct of computer-technical and telecommunications studies.
