The purpose of the work is to develop the main methodological provisions that will be used in the performance of forensic military examinations with the participation of military research specialists regarding the use of automobile and armored vehicles of military formations. Theoretical and practical results – regulatory and technical information was analyzed, as well as data of expert practice in the field of military research regarding the use of automobile and armored equipment of military formations. Novelty - for the first time, a methodology will be developed to determine, from a military and technical point of view, the compliance of the procedure established by regulatory documents for the use of automobile and armored vehicles of military formations during forensic military examinations in specialty 16.1. "Military studies". Effectiveness of implementation - systematization of the approach to solving, from a military and technical point of view, expert tasks on establishing compliance (non-compliance) with the order of application of automobile and armored vehicles of military formations.
