The object of research is stars of various types and populations, the Galaxy, scattered galactic clusters, V-type asteroids and artificial space objects. The subject of research is the peculiarities of the chemical composition of different types of stars; galactic gradients of elements for I and II populations of the Galaxy; chemical evolution of the Galaxy and the Magellanic Clouds; metrics of the Galaxy and its satellites (distances to the stars under study). The influence of physical factors, in particular the YORP effect, on the rotation evolution and genesis of V-type asteroids and the role of such factors in the origin of the acceleration and rotation variation of artificial space bodies. The research was carried out in several main directions: the chemodynamic evolution of the Galaxy, the physicochemical properties of stars of various types in the center, disk and halo of the Galaxy, stars with planetary systems, star clusters, anomalous and unique galactic objects, the Solar System, asteroids, motion and rotational properties artificial space bodies. Research materials are incorporated into the educational process - general and special courses in astrophysics and stellar physics. A textbook and a study guide were published. Prognostic assumptions about the development of the object of research: it is advisable to continue the comprehensive study of the fundamental properties of various objects in the near and far space.
