Interstate integration is a necessary condition for effective international cooperation. Legal integration plays an important role. The purpose of legal integration is the convergence and unification of national legal systems. Legal integration is a process characterized by duration and gradual development. Participants in integration processes and activities are divided into individuals and legal entities, states, and interstate institutions. Therefore, the issue of the role of a special complex of international norms - the law of international organizations and the use of elements of both private and public law - is being updated. The main methods used for regulation to regulate integration processes are implementation, harmonization, unification, standardization. The implementation of certain norms and principles in the legislation of sovereign states is a means of introducing them into national law. Harmonization is a process of purposeful convergence of legal systems as a whole or individual branches, approval of general norms and institutions. A component of integration legal processes is standardization as bringing the norms of national law into compliance with international legal 5 standards. This process is relevant for modern Ukraine, which strives for European integration.
