This concept involves a phased implementation aimed at improving the efficiency of load management, increasing the reliability and quality of power supply, as well as improving the operational characteristics and overall performance of the power system. A method of adaptive planning and resource allocation in telecommunication networks has been developed that outperforms existing analogues due to intelligent management of network resources. This method is based on the analysis of predicted long-term and short-term traffic dependencies at different levels of telecommunication systems, which allows to adapt to traffic changes and guarantees end-to-end quality of service of digital services for power systems. A method for optimizing, structuring, and protecting data accumulated as a result of the digitization of the power system has been developed. This method uses a modified matrix decomposition algorithm to identify redundant data and generate masking parameters directly on local devices. This reduces the calculation time for analytical platforms and allows for faster decision-making due to more optimized data structuring. The use of unique mask matrices in the federated implementation of the matrix decomposition algorithm protects information from unauthorized interception. A method for detecting information protocols and ranking the hidden properties of anomalous traffic for the development of proactive monitoring systems has been developed.
