The purpose of the work is to study the changes in spinal and pelvic parameters in patients after hip joint replacement and lumbar spine surgery. Research methods - clinical, radiological, statistical. An analysis of the scientific literature was carried out regarding the peculiarities of diagnosis and operative treatment of hip joint pathology in the presence of changes on the part of the spine. From the literature, it is determined which parameters need to be investigated and which have an impact on the outcome of surgical treatment. These parameters characterize the relationship in the vertebral-pelvic segment and there are features of endoprosthesis cup installation in the presence of changes in the lumbar spine. Ignoring changes on the part of the spine leads to unsatisfactory results of endoprosthesis, namely to impingement and dislocation of the endoprosthesis head. A retrospective and prospective study was conducted, patients with combined pathology of the spine and hip joint were examined, changes in parameters depending on the body position: standing and sitting were determined. Changes in the sagittal contour of the spine in patients before and after hip joint replacement and after spine surgery were also investigated, depending on the body position.
