The purpose of the work is to improve the results of perioperative management of operative interventions on the spine in the prone position based on the study of hemodynamics, sympatho-vagal balance, pain syndrome, cognitive functions, and the frequency of complications. Research methods - bibliographic, general clinical; instrumental - pulse oximetry, tonometry, echocardiography, ultrasonography, study of heart rate variability, computer tomography; mathematical and statistical - for data processing and analysis. The parameters of hemodynamics during the change of the body position to the prone position in both anesthetized and non-anesthetized patients were investigated, and a model for predicting the development of intraoperative hemodynamic instability was developed based on them. The effectiveness and safety of controlled hypotension during vertebral operations were evaluated. The distribution of contrast material in the dural sac of patients in the prone position was evaluated and various options for spinal anesthesia in these patients were investigated. The peculiarities of the pain syndrome in vertebrological patients were studied and the scheme of multimodal analgesia was developed. An algorithm for choosing an anesthesia method during operations on the lumbar spine has been developed and implemented. Scope of use: Medicine. Product Description popup.authors Duplij Diana R.
