The object of research is the humanitarian contexts of the evolution of modern society. Research methods: evolutionary method, methods of historical analysis, logical methods: analysis and synthesis, abstraction, idealization, generalization, deduction, induction, analogy, extrapolation, modeling, hypotheses. The paper substantiates that in the era of post-industrialization and globalization, modern science, which is called post-non-classical science, finds development trends in the convergence of natural, technical and humanitarian sciences. Ideas and principles, being developed in modern natural science, especially in synergetics, are increasingly introduced into the humanities, but the reverse process also takes place.
