The assessment and analysis of these processes are based on a number of objective factors that define current issues in the field of gemology and information-analytical support for precious stone deposits. One key aspect is the need for systematization and standardization of the distinctive features of natural stone, allowing for the determination of their characteristics, properties, and classification criteria. A system oriented towards precious stones, including those of organic origin, semi-precious, and decorative stones, will ensure the highest precision and informativeness in the context of gemological research. The process of creating a digital registry is also justified by the necessity to address the issues of identification, systematization, and accumulation of gemological information related to Ukrainian deposits. The application of an interactive approach to data management will optimize accounting processes and provide operational access to up-to-date information. The fundamental theoretical aspects of our research are based on the concept of gemological analysis, which involves the systematic study of properties and characteristics of precious stones. A crucial consideration is the inclusion of organic formation, which is defined by the complexity and uniqueness of the natural formation process. Therefore, the proposed accounting-information system and interactive digital registry not only address the tasks of gemological accounting but also serve as a strategic tool for natural resource management.
