The purpose of the work is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop scientific and practical recommendations for the development of the financial business of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration. The following main research methods were used: historical, abstract-logical, systematic, graphic, tabular, statistical-economic, comparative analysis, etc. The results of the work are the clarification of the essence, features, mechanism and regularities of the development of financial business in Ukraine and the world, as well as the directions of deepening its integration into the European financial space. The features, subjects and objects, types and components of financial business are revealed, the principles, functions and management system of banking and insurance business are defined, directions for ensuring the stability and efficiency of financial business development and prospects for its adaptation to European requirements are outlined. The current state is analyzed and the peculiarities of the development of banking business in the conditions of European integration are determined, and the characteristics of the insurance business in Ukraine are presented. Problems and obstacles to the development of non-banking and insurance financial intermediaries as important components of financial business in Ukraine have been identified. Prospective directions for improving the efficiency of financial business management of Ukraine in the context of deepening European integration are outlined.
