The optimal parameters of the level of rearing of young cattle of Holstein, Ukrainian black and red-and-white dairy breeds, which ensure the efficiency of dairy cattle breeding, are intensive rearing of repair heifers (average daily gain of heifers in the age period of 0-12 months at the level of 850-950 g, 750-850 g, 800-900 g, respectively) and insemination at the age of 12.0-14.0 months, 13.0-15.0 months, 14.0-16.0 months, respectively. The influence of the factor of production concentration on the efficiency of using breeding animals of dairy and dairy-meat cattle breeds is investigated. It is established that with the increase in the concentration of cows, there is an increase in the efficiency indicators of the industry - the level of milk yield, feed intake, and intensity of use of farm land. The profitability of the industry increases from 14.7% to more than 24.2%. The impact of the introduction of innovative technological solutions in the breeding dairy farms of Ukraine is assessed. It is established that the introduction of the latest innovative technological solutions for industrial milk production provides an increase in revenues from its sale due to the growth of cow productivity and higher selling prices for products with higher quality characteristics, which contributes to a 2.3-fold increase in profit from milk sales and an increase in profitability - from 11.4 to 28.2%.
