Purpose of the Work: Development of theoretical and methodological support for managing entrepreneurial strategies in innovative business to enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of both individual economic entities and the national economy as a whole. Research Methods: Deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization, and interpretation of results, structural-logical analysis. Obstacles to the creation of innovative business are systematized: lack of funds to implement innovative ideas; technical problems such as lack of necessary technologies or difficulties in their implementation; lack of qualified specialists; lack of motivation among personnel; ineffective management or lack of a strategic plan; excessive bureaucracy in large organizations can slow down decision-making and implementation of innovations, and so on. Reasons and factors aimed at overcoming obstacles to managing entrepreneurial strategies in innovative business are identified. A methodological approach to the implementation of an innovative strategy has been developed: analysis of market needs and opportunities; development of an innovation idea; development of a detailed plan for the implementation of an innovative strategy; testing; implementation of innovation in the market; evaluation of the results of implementing the innovative strategy. Practical recommendations are proposed for management and managers: market and competitor analysis; creation of an innovative environment in the enterprise; development of a strategic plan; continuous monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of innovative projects.
