The purpose of the work is to forecast the development of the oncoepidemiological process in Ukraine for the period until 2030; taking into account and analyzing the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on the morbidity and mortality from ZN. Research methods – evidentiary data of oncoepidemiological monitoring, descriptive epidemiology, mathematical statistics, medical informatics. According to our research, the incidence rate of malignant neoplasms (MNS) in the population of Ukraine during the decade until 2020 fluctuated insignificantly with an average annual increase of less than 1%. In 2021, the incidence rate in Ukraine as a whole increased by 6.0% compared to 2020, but was lower by 13.3% compared to the pre-pandemic 2019. Monthly fluctuations in the incidence of STDs in 2020 and 2021 . coincide with the calendar of restrictions on the work of medical institutions due to the COVID 19 pandemic and are the result of limited access of patients to medical services. It should be noted that in 2022, the work of both health care institutions and the cancer registration system was affected by large-scale military operations on the territory of Ukraine. During 2022, 26.8 thousand (22.3 %) fewer detected diseases of STDs were registered in Ukraine than in 2021. After a sharp decrease in the incidence rate of all STDs in 2020, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine, in 2021 there was a statistically significant increase (р≤0.01), which according to the standardized indicator is 5.8% in the male population and 6.7% in the female population.
