According to the developed and standard methods, 98 thematic patients with MS, BCRS and PRS were treated: 47 patients of the main group, 21 patients of the first control group, 32 patients of the second control group. The applied modification of the transplantation of dermatomal flaps is quite effective in comparison with the routine scheme of management of surgical wounds (the use of a dressing with negative pressure when transplanting free dermatomal flaps, complete engraftment - 53.7+7.7%, complete necrosis - 2.4+2.3 % it is a more effective method of managing postoperative wounds than a conventional ointment dressing - complete healing - 5.0+4.8%, complete necrosis - 10.0+6.7%). Based on the results of the research, three articles were published, three reports were made at scientific conferences. An information letter was issued and two acts of implementation of the developed methodology were received. The technique of skin plastic surgery is planned to be used in the routine practice of specialized oncology institutions.
