The purpose of the research work is to improve the design of the combined deep loosener and its adaptation to work on heavy overcompacted soils. According to the results of the NDR, the design of the combined deep loosener was improved, a technical task was developed for the improvement of the soil tillage unit, an overview of serial soil tillage units, both domestic and foreign production, used for the specified purposes was carried out, the main elements of the design of the improved soil tillage unit were calculated, the features of the use of the developed soil tillage unit were presented instrument. The implementation of deep loosening of the soil with combined deep looseners contributes to the reduction of the cost of grown products due to a significant reduction in the costs of the main tillage of the soil, and the rejection of the classic plow is the basis of the implementation of the soil fertility recovery system. In addition to the above, the improved combined deep loosener is much lighter compared to other units of a similar purpose, which improves the maneuverability of the assembled unit and allows for its effective use on fields of small sizes and irregular shapes. When using an improved combined deep loosener in the system of the first deep tillage on complex over-compacted soils, the efficiency and quality of the main tillage is increased without significant costs, and precisely such operations serve as the basis of soil protection agriculture. The use of a combined deep loosener in the farm allows you to provide plants with a sufficient amount of moisture during their growing season, which is very relevant for the complicated conditions of growing plant products in the difficult soil and climatic conditions of Kirovohrad Oblast.
