Research methods - the basis of the work is formed by a system of general scientific and special methods that allow systematically solving problematic problems in the chosen area of research. The most significant theoretical and applied developments are based on the provisions of modern economic theory to assess and identify the relationship between innovative development and investment activity of regional infrastructure in the post-war period. In the GDR, modern general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular: dialectical, system-structural analysis and synthesis, generalization. The information base for the study is the legislative and regulatory acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the project “Strategy for Innovative Development of Ukraine for the period until 2030”, the Law of Ukraine “On Innovation Activity”: dated July 4, 2002 No. 40-IV, Law of Ukraine “On scientific and scientific-technical activities” dated December 19, 2006 No. 1977, Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the sustainable development strategy “Ukraine-2020” dated January 12, 2015 No. 5/2015, the latest monographic, domestic and foreign literature. The results of the study are aimed at obtaining new scientific knowledge on the innovative and investment development of transport logistics in the post-war period. This will allow us to draw conclusions on their implementation in the development of regional infrastructure for the purpose of post-war reconstruction, development and their restoration.
