The purpose of the work is to develop and justify the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the concept of distance education infrastructure, scientific and practical recommendations for the organizational and methodological support of distance education in Ukraine. In the work, the conceptual-categorical apparatus (toolkit) of distance education and its evaluation system were researched and clarified; systematized and summarized the national and international practice of distance education; the impact of distance learning on the formation of a modern education system in Ukraine is substantiated, taking into account the advanced foreign experience of training a specialist in the modern digital global dimension; scientific and practical recommendations for modern organizational and methodological support of a separate discipline by distance form of education have been developed, taking into account domestic experience and achievements of world science and practice. The results of the work are scientific articles, scientific theses and educational and methodological developments regarding the infrastructure, organization and implementation of the educational process in Ukraine for students of higher education in full-time and correspondence forms of education using distance learning technologies, distance learning in general, directly distance education, and as well as mixed education in the conditions of the military regime in Ukraine using the world experience of different levels of education in the conditions of digitalization. The results of the study can be used in the formation of the concept of development and improvement of the activities of educational institutions in Ukraine and abroad; in ensuring the quality of training of specialists in aviation and other branches of the versatile infrastructure of Ukraine.
