The mineral and granulometric composition of finely dispersed hydrophobic inert dust for the company "PRO-MIX MINERAL POWDER FACTORY" LLC was investigated and it was established that the analyzed samples of inert hydrophobic dust fully satisfy the requirements set for them by the "Safety Rules in Coal Mines". Results of implementation - the work performed allows to increase the safety of mining operations, contributes to the prevention and extinguishing of explosions of coal dust, extinguishing fires in mining operations of coal mines, which is of great socio-economic importance.
