This work aims to create a transparent mechanism for calculating the amount of fees, maximally excluding the "human" factor influencing their formation. The calculation mechanism should be simple so that each entrepreneur can control their calculation. Since all possible objects for which the fee is calculated are located on land plots belonging to the territorial community, the existing method of normative monetary valuation of land plots is taken as the basis of the methodical approach to calculation. The values ​​of the coefficients are used in the calculations, the sizes of which are determined by the monetary valuation of the lands of the Podilsk City Territorial Community. To calculate the fee for the temporary use of communally owned places on the territory of the Podilsk City Territorial Community, for the location of temporary structures and elements of street trade, factors that affect commercial success were taken into account, as well as the fact that not all factors , which are important for capital buildings, determine the size of this fee. The method of calculation is uniform for all business entities and is applied throughout the entire territory of the Podilsk urban territorial community, regardless of the functional use of the object located on the community's lands.
