It has been shown that cognitive disorders are frequent manifestations of post-covid syndrome in people who have suffered from COVID-19, along with other symptoms, sensitive tools of cognitive functioning have been identified, and a complex of treatments has been proposed. Studies of cognitive functions in people with other neurological and mental diseases revealed cognitive disorders and established disorders and peculiarities of the functioning of other systems, etiopathogenetic and sanogenetic factors, which create the basis for improving diagnosis and treatment. It has been established that in patients with Wilson-Konovalov disease and multiple sclerosis, structures that ensure the functioning of cognitive functions of the brain are always involved in the pathogenetic process, which leads to the development of their defects.
