The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological provisions and scientific and practical recommendations for ensuring the functioning of the economic and organizational mechanism for the development of industrial enterprises. As a result of the implementation of the NDR, the conceptual principles of substantiation of the economic and organizational mechanism of the development of the activities of industrial enterprises were developed, and the theoretical, methodological, and practical recommendations for the formation of economic tools for the market adaptability of business entities in conditions of uncertainty were highlighted, and the principles of economic harmonization of the activities of industrial enterprises were formulated. Prospects for implementation: the specified developments of manufacturing enterprises and specialized organizations can be recommended to the Ministries of Economy of Ukraine, Energy of Ukraine, Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, as well as enterprises of fuel and energy and machine-building complexes, publishing and printing enterprises, institutions of higher education.
